Two pedestrians knocked down on Dinkleman road

Two young men between the ages of 25 and 35 have sustained sever injuries after they were knocked down by a light motor vehicle on Dinkleman road in New Germany last night.
The two men were believed to have been possibly trying to cross the road when the car was driving along and it the collided into the two men. When Hillcrest paramedics arrived on scene they found that both men were lying on the center median of the road and had suffered severe injuries including multiple broken bones and suspected back and neck injuries.
They were stabilised on scene by paramedics, treated for their injuries and transported by ambulance to RK Khans hospital.
Despite the extensive damage to the Toyota Tazz involved in the collision, the driver was not injured.
