Stolen property recovered in police operations in Nyanga
Yesterday, 20 August 2015 at about 17:00, police attached to Trio Crimes Unit and Gang Operation searched a house at Browns farm, Nyanga.
Two firearms with 10 rounds of ammunition, 38 grams of dagga worth an estimated street value of R1 500-00 and three laptops were confiscated.
Three suspects aged 27, 30 and 34 years are expected to appear in the Athlone Magistrate’s Court today on charges of possession of unlicenced firearm, possession of stolen property and possession of stolen goods.
