1 Person killed in collision on the R24
Netcare911 received a call at around 08:54 this morning.
Please note updated information: A total of 3 vehicles involved.
Reports from the scene indicate that there was a motor vehicle accident on top of Barbara bridge where two cars were involved, one of the two then hit a barrier and fell onto the R24 on top of another vehicle.
One person has died.
Two people have been critically injured.
Two people have sustained serious injuries.
Three people sustained minor injuries and didn’t require transportation to hospital as well as further medical care.
The critically injured and seriously injured have been taken to various hospitals for further medical care.
