Mitsubishi Gets Behind the Munga!
Mitsubishi Motors is excited and proud to announce its partnership with Munga as the vehicle supplier for the inaugural Munga Mountain bike race.
The Munga is more than a mountain bike race? Just like Mitsubishi is more than just a car! Both brands are obsessed by an adventure fueled lifestyle and a craving for doing things differently where innovation is key.
The Munga is set to take on the rugged and remote Karoo in the middle of summer. What better vehicle to have as support than the legendary Pajero!
“The Pajero is an iconic 4×4 and we hope to become an iconic race,” says Munga race director Alex Harris. “I am thrilled that they have joined us in what is sure to be an incredible adventure!”
The Munga is a non-stop 1 000km mountain bike race beginning in Bloemfontein and ending in Wellington. Riders will have five days to reach the finish line and make the cut-off while braving temps of 40C!
