Pedestrian critically injured on N3, Cato Ridge
A pedestrian sustained critical injuries after he was hit by a truck on the N3 in Cato Ridge, Durban bound, in the early hours of this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found the man lying in the shoulder lane.
Upon assessment paramedics found that the man, believed to be 33 years of age, sustained multiple injuries.
He was treated and transported to the Edenvale Hospital hospital for further medical care.
The truck driver was uninjured.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
