Pedestrian injured in hit and run in Benoni
A man has suffered serious injuries after he was hit by a light motor vehicle on Trichardts road and corner Railway street in Benoni.
Reports from the scene indicate that it was a hit and run accident.
Netcare911 paramedics managed to stabilise the seriously injured man on scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The incident happened this afternoon at about 15h15.
