Taxi and Bakkie collide along Chris Hani Road in Moriah, Durban North
This afternoon Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an incident where a taxi and a Bakkie collided along Chris Hani Road in Moriah, Durban North. Exact detail to the cause of the collision is still speculative and will remain a subject for the South African Police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the taxi had come to rest on its side. After medics triaged the injured at the scene they found that two people sustained serious injuries while three escaped with minor injuries.
Medics stabilised the injured at the scene before transporting them to a local hospital for the care that they required.
