Vehicle crashes into tree in Roodepoort, injuring five
Five people were injured late last night after a transport vehicle crashed into a tree on Paul Kruger Road in Roodepoort.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene, they found the vehicle smashed up against a large tree. All of the occupants were found standing outside the vehicle.
On further assessment, paramedics found that all five patients had sustained only minor injuries in the collision.
Fortunately no serious injuries were found on scene.
Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Local authorities were on scene to investigate further.
