Children from Mpumalanga Special Needs School Involved in an Accident
At least eleven learners from a special needs school have sustained injuries varying from serious to moderate after their minibus taxi collided with a light motor vehicle on Heyneke street in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.
The exact detail to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene, they found the taxi lying on its roof.
One child was ejected out of the mini bus taxi.
Netcare911 paramedics worked alongside other services on scene to stabilise the injured children.
All injured were transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.
