12 Injured in taxi rollover near Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital
At least thirteen people have sustained injuries varying from serious to moderate after a taxi overturned near the Potchefstroom Provincial Hospital.
Reports from the scene indicate that the taxi overturned several times.
The exact detail to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
When Paramedics arrived on scene they found the taxi lying on its side.
Netcare911 paramedics worked alongside other services on scene to stabilise those injured.
All injured have been transported to various hospitals in Potchefstroom for further medical care.
The accident happened this morning at about 07h30.
