12 Injured in taxi crash in Durban city centre
Twelve people have been injured after a taxi and a SUV collided in the junction of Leopald and Russel Street in Durban city centre just after 1pm today.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a taxi and a SUV had collided in the junction. A total of twelve people including 4 young children had all sustained minor injuries and were stabilised on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however Metro Police were in attendance and will be investigating further.
