Vehicle rollover on M4 between the Tongaat mouth and Ballito on KZN north coast
On Saturday morning at around 01h00 Netcare 911 paramedics received a call for a vehicle that overturned on the M4 between the Tongaat mouth and Ballito on the KZN north coast. Reports from the scene indicate that the security officers from Zimbali heard a hooter continuously going off and went to investigate.
When they arrived they found that a vehicle had left the roadway and rolled into the sugar cane fields below the road level.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found a female aged 35 to have sustained moderate injuries. She was treated at the scene and then transported to a nearby hospital for the care that she required.
