Vehicle rolls injuring 10, Pietermaritzburg.
10 people were injured last night after an SUV rolled off the R56 Richmond Road in Pietermaitzburg.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the light motor vehicle lying upright on the side of the road. All of the occupants from the vehicle were found seated on the grassy embankment.
On assessment, paramedics found that 10 people had been injuried. All the injuries sustained ranged from minor to moderate.
Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to Northdale and Edendale Hospital for further treatment.
The driver of the vehicle apparently lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll off the road.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
