Man killed in Westville crash
An elderly gentleman has been killed after a collision on Blair Atholl Road in Westville on Monday morning.
Just after 9am Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a single vehicle had somehow lost control and collided into the barrier and a tree on the roadside. Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained fatal injuries and had passed away. He was declared deceased at the scene.
At this stage the events leading up to the single vehicle collision is unknown however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
