Man killed after being knocked down on the N2
A man, believed to be 30-years-old, was killed after being knocked down by a mini van on the N2 North at the Umgeni interchange in Durban this morning.
At approximately 08h00, ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying in the fast lane of the N2.
Upon arrival the man showed no signs of life.
Unfortunately there was nothing paramedics could do to save the man and he was declared dead on the scene.
Local authorities were on the scene to conduct an investigation into this incident.
