One killed, 2 seriously injured in late night crash on the N3 Durban Bound near the Pavilion
One person has been killed and two others seriously injured after a single vehicle accident on the N3 Durban Bound near the Pavilion on Monday morning just after midnight.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a single vehicle had somehow lost control and crashed into the bushes alongside the national freeway. One person had sustained major injuries and was assessed immediately by Paramedics. Unfortunately, there was nothing paramedics could do for the man and he was declared deceased on the scene. Two other men had sustained serious injuries and were stabilised on the scene before being transported to nearby hospitals for further care that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the single vehicle collision are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
