Hand-over to contractor for construction of the R33
MEC for Transport Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda hosted a community meeting in Kwakopi, in uMsinga under the uMzinyathi District to announce the contractor that will be building R33. During the meeting, he handed over to the contractor. In attendance was the uMzinyathi District Mayor Cllr P Ngubane together with uMzinyathi District Speaker Cllr Sikhakhane.
The cost of the project is R126 million, which is expected to create 308 job opportunities in the area.
