MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda today attended the funeral service of 3 members of the Phenyane family.
The 3 deceased family members were killed in Utrecht.
The funeral service was held in Mondlo, where the family has moved in with relatives.
