Bakkie rollover leaves seven injured outside Ladysmith
Seven people were left injured yesterday afternoon following a bakkie rollover on the R103 Harrismith Road outside of Ladysmith, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 medics arrived on the scene at 15h07 to find the bakkie upright on the side of the road. The passengers that had been on the back of the vehicle were found scattered around the scene.
Medics assessed the patients and found that seven people had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Ladysmith Provincial Hospital for further care.
The details surrounding this incident are not yet known.
