Minister Mbalula launches multi-million rand KZN N2 upgrade
Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula will join the KwaZulu Natal provincial government on Friday, 06 December 2019, to mark the completion of upgrades to the N2 between Mtunzini Toll Plaza and Empangeni.
At a cost of almost R1 Billion, the upgrades have created a dual carriage system which enables ease of movement.
The upgrades to the 33km stretch on the N2 were a necessary intervention by government, following years of fatal crashes.
