Three left injured after a two-vehicle collision, Carletonville
Three people were injured last night when two vehicles collided on the R28 in Carletonville.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find both vehicles in the middle of the road.
Upon closer inspection, paramedics discovered that three people had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Fortunately, no serious or fatal injuries were reported on the scene.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Lenmed Hospital for further treatment.
It is understood that one of the vehicles had skipped the traffic light, causing the collision.
Local authorities will be investigating this matter further.
